I originally posted after my first visit that I had a “great experience” as a new patient and someone new to the area — and after being a patient here, I can confidently say that feeling never changed. Dr. Vicuna is excellent: thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. His entire staff is friendly, skilled, organized, and always welcoming. Every visit has been smooth and positive. I also appreciate that they offer very reasonable pricing for additional cleanings and services that may not be covered by insurance, which shows they truly care about patient care and accessibility. I’m genuinely sad to be leaving the practice due to a new job opportunity in South Dakota. Over the years, I’ve recommended Dr. Vicuna and his team to classmates, colleagues, and friends without hesitation. Highly recommend Midtown Modern Dental!

Most visits to the dentist are not very enjoyable. But going to Midtown Modern Dental is a totally different experience. From the moment I walked in on my first visit, I was greeted by a delightful professional staff of lovely young women. Everything was handled perfectly, and soon I was in the care of wonderful Robin, the kindest technician I have ever met. Next came Dr. Vicuna, who explained everything I needed to have done and settled my mind that my dental situation was not as bad as I had worried. From then on, everything was done perfectly - X-rays, cleaning, eventual crown repair. Robin was an angel, even giving me a soft blanket to keep comfortable under during the long procedures. I will sum up and say this office and these people - Dr. Vicuna and his entire staff - are the best and most caring and professional I have ever met. The office is bright and pretty, too, immaculately neat. I highly recommend them.

I actually enjoy going to Midtown Modern Dental Group. The receptionists are capable and friendly. As a person with a Parkinson’s challenge and in the process of getting a front tooth implant, I am receiving excellent care from oral surgeon Dr. Daniel Petersen. Dental assistant, Richard Reno, has greatly helped me feel at ease and provides professional service. I am grateful for the quality care and team spirit among all the staff I have encountered.
