Thank you Dr. Sergio Vicuna for giving me my mouth guard! Previous to receiving this tool, I’d been unconsciously clenching my teeth during sleep (especially during stressful seasons of life), which caused tight shoulders and occasional headaches that were really painful. After several months of using my mouth guard every night, I think I’ve maybe gotten only one such headache in the last six months. Quality of life has definitely improved. Body and mind are both happier and more relaxed. Highly recommend!
